Delivery
We always do our best to deliver your order on time. However, during busy periods when the number of orders is higher than usual, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
Orders are dispatched every day, but please note that for some countries, delivery can take up to 7 working days. While your package is on the way, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. Don’t worry—your order will still arrive within the timeframe shown in the delivery table.
Delivery Notification
Once your order arrives at the selected parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with all the details you need.
⚠️ Please remember: your package will remain in the parcel terminal for 7 days only. If it’s not collected within this time, it will not be returned to us automatically. In urgent cases, you can contact us at info@vshub24.com, and we will try to arrange re-delivery with the carrier.
How to Pick Up Your Order (takes less than 15 seconds!)
Go to the parcel terminal mentioned in your SMS/email.
Enter the PIN code provided in the notification.
Take your package from the opened locker and close the door.
Important Notice
If an order is re-sent but still not collected, the carrier will destroy it. Please make sure to pick up your package in time to avoid losing it.
